Diamond Buisness
“This company as far as i am concerned are the best to go to if you have computer etc problems.I had a problem with my printer so took it in.Sorted!Being a bit of a dipstick with comps etc,I had a further problem when I got back home so Paul talked me through what to do(so simple) and printer now up and running.Ahappy place to go to,so helpful and know what they are talking about (unlike me) Cheers Paul for your help AND patience.”

Fast and affordable repair
“After receiving quotes of £200 - £400 from Apple approved suppliers to repair my MacBook, I decided to look elsewhere. Diamond Media repaired my MacBook for less than £100 and the repair was completed in less than a week.

Paul is heading up an excellent team of local experts who really know their stuff.
I've taken my laptop into Diamond Media twice now and, on both occasions, they have diagnosed the problems and applied the fixes in double quick time. On top of that, their rates are very reasonable.
For anything PC or tech related, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Simply Superb !!
“Had a problem with a micro button on my laptop, other so called repair specialists said it could not be repaired and that i will have to buy a new computer. Took it to Diamond media and two days later they had stripped the machine down and replaced the switch for me. They have saved me literaly hundreds of pounds. The service i received from start to finish was exceptional and i shall never go anywhere else in the future.”

Diamond Media - FAB SERVICE
“Just used Diamond Media for the first time - I had a problem with a DVD stuck in my IMAC, Paul did the job really quickly - replaced drive, cleaned up my mac the screen looks brand new and he even gave my memory a dust out - going that little extra makes all the difference. I would highly recommend them to anyone!”

Five star service
“I have used Diamond Media for some years now.Always helpfulgiving a greatRecently my 10 yr old computer gave it's last bleep service at sensible prices .Recently my 10 yr old computer gave it's last bleep .Paul and team advised on new product .Some issues on info transfer ,my fault with backups .Big help in sorting out saving cherised photos.Would recommend and do ,thanks again”

I wouldn't go anywhere else!
“I have been using Diamond Media for over ten years now and I would not use any other IT shop! I consider myself to be an IT technophobe but whenever I have had a problem it has been explained to me in a way that I can understand and given advice of how to prevent the problem reoccurring. All the staff are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, patient and helpful. I consider all the team to be honest and trustworthy.
