Paul Rowland, 44, of 46 Hillcrest Mews, Retford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while not wearing an adult seatbelt. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43.

Ben Dewey, 27, of 21 Alder Close, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was given a community for 12 months in which he must participate in the Integrated Domestic Abuse Programme for 27 days and ordered to pay costs of £85.

Mark Lee Dickinson, 37, of 27 Dunholme Court, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of 0.28 grams of crack cocaine, a controlled Class A drug and failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was fined £65, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £25. The order is to continue with three weeks electronically monitored curfew added. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

They were fined £1,000, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Daniel Duncan Ryan Barnett, 33, of 28 Chesney Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of 10 bottles of whisky and 11 loaves of bread to the value of £293.84 belonging to Tesco and Voyage Dhermas fragrance to the value of £79.50 belonging to Debenhams. He was committed to prison for four months concurrent suspended for 12 months.

Marco Andrew Earley, 47, of 12 Queen Street, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault and having committed a further offence before having served a sentence in full. He was committed to prison three months concurrent.

Dwayne Holmes, 20, of 2 Broadfield Lane, Boston, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with five days compliance specified activity added.

Thomas Waeling, 26, of 18 Dickenson Terrace, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to breaking bail conditions. He was re-admitted to conditional bail until the Crown Court hearing.

Stuart Espin, 34, of 11 Far Wharf, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court failing to notify the City of Lincoln Council of a change of circumstances, making two false statements in order to receive benefit payments and failing to notify North Kesteven District Council of a change of circumstances. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £3,900.47.

Samuel Lock, 20, of 2 Ingleby Grange Cottage, Ingleby, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. He was ordered to pay costs of £40.
