Michelle Pauline Jacklin, 37, of 11 Becketts Avenue, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 131 milligrams of alcohol in your blood. She was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40. She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Sinead Jessica Jeanette McDonald, 20, of Room 52, YMCA, St Rumbold Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of alcohol and food to the value of £65.06 belonging to B&M and commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. She was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months. The suspended sentence is to continue with six months added.

Dimitrijus Trisinas, 26, of 44 Lime Grove, Newark pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a motor vehicle to a value unknown. He was fined £100, ordered to pay compensation of £302.11, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43.

Kenneth James O'Sullivan, 32, of 28 St Nicholas Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of a component part of a Baikal shotgun without holding a certificate. He was given a conditional discharge for six months.

Dawn Lynn Forwood, 54, of 31 Woodvale Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to dishonestly making off without paying a taxi fare. She was fined £60, ordered to pay compensation of £2.90, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40.

Ben Green, 19, of 2 Nettleham Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. The order was revoked.

Daniel Stuart Hibbitt, 27, of 218 Main Road, Quadring, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to entering a building as a trespasser with intent to steal storage containers from Anglian Water. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months.

Steven Kay, 52, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks, given a restraining order and ordered to pay compensation of £100.

Angela Marie Coyle, 46, of 25 Trent View, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge and commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. She was fined £100 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £15. The order is to continue. The suspended sentence is to continue with three months residence requirement added. She was detained in the courthouse.
