Ryan Bradley, 32, of 10 Kent Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault, theft of washing liquid to the value of £281.82 belonging to Lincolnshire Co-operative, offering to supply a quantity of diamorphine a controlled Class A drug, theft of meat and cheese to the value of £53.72 belonging to Asda, theft of two muffins to the value of £1.98 belonging to McDonald's, theft of goods to the value of £5 belonging to Poundland and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £240.20.
Jamie Richard Toyne, 20, of 53 Park Springs Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty to assault. He was given a conditional discharge for nine months, ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £85.

Daniel Green, 36, of 67 Addison Green, St Giles, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Arturas Sokavicius, 40, of 25A Portland Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of various tools and DIY items to the value of £321.74 belonging to B&Q, two counts of having an article for use in the course of or in connection with theft, namely a foil-lined rucksack when you should have been at your place of abode and theft of two tracksuits to the value of £95 belonging to JD Sports. He was given a community order with various requirements. The foil-lined rucksack was forfeited and destroyed.

She was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.
Andrew McGuire, 45, of 15 Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.
Dominic Alan Norris, 31, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging door furniture belonging to the Pathway Centre and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was fined £30.
Scott Terry Rogers, 38, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a car headlight to the value of £120, damaging a window to a value unknown belonging to St Mary's Church, damaging two car windows to the value of £200, damaging a window and a bench to the value of £350 and damaging a door to a value unknown. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.
John Francis Wilkes, 75, of 9 Edgehill, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was fined £30 and detained in the courthouse.
Jaroskaw Piotr Walczynski, 45, of YMCA, St Rumbold Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of four cans of meat products to the value of £5 belonging to Heron Frozen Foods, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a community order for 12 months.
Lee Clifford Moorman, 34, of 193 Larne Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a wallet and miscellaneous contents to a value unk nown. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £40.
John Keith William Stokes, 40, of 111 Outer Circle Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 15 hours unpaid work added.
Katherine Daynes, 34, of 92A Miller Court, Bridge Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of allowing a dog to worry livestock, namely sheep, on agricultural land. She was fined £250, ordered to pay compensation of £500 and a victim surcharge of £15.
Warren Harrington-Gill, 38, of 11 Bridge Street, Saxilby, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent. He was given a curfew requirement for eight weeks, a community order, ordered to pay costs of £85 and excluded from The Still Public House for 12 months.
Warren Adam Holmes, 23, of Flat 31, Sharples Warehouse, Station Road, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of meat to the value of £51 belonging to Sainsbury's. He was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.
