Johnathan William Liberty, 33, of 42B Winn Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of 23.69 grams of methandieone and 4.68 grams of diamorphine. He was committed to prison for 28 days. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Liam Andrew Dixon, 22, of 25 Beechcroft Road, Grantham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault and failing to surrender to custody. He was committed for prison for 104 days.

Dominic Alan Norris, 31, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of four tins of lager and a bottle of red wine to the value of £12.68 belonging to Lincoln Co-op and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was ordered to pay compensation of £12.68.

James Rooney, 26, of 11 Wellington Street, Scampton, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was fined £110, ordered to pay compensation of £20, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Sam Ashley Degnan, 19, of 25 Westerdale Road, Grantham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to entering as a trespasser a building, namely Grantham Hospital NHS Trust with the intent to steal, theft of lead to a value unknown belonging to Ancaster Primary School and failing to surrender to custody. He was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 24 monand ordered to pay costs of £45.

Luke Kevin Waeling, 25, of 90 Japan Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 17 hours unpaid work added.

Marc Wesley Elsom, 25, of 202 Ropery Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 10 hours unpaid work added.

James Stewart Hosiedlo, 27, of 8 St Rumbold Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £1855, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £25.

Sinead Janette McDonald, 20, of Room 52, YMCA, St Rumbold Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a bottle of White Line cider to the value of £3.89 belonging to Somerfield, theft of two Blu-Ray players to the value of £198 and a 22in television to the value of £135 belonging to Asda Living and commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. She was ordered to pay compensation of £198. The order is to continue.
