Scott Owen Gregg, 34, of 75 Shuttleworth House, Stamp End, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of 0.2 grams of diamorphine a controlled Class A drug. He was fined £34, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.
Nicola Louise Robinson, 24, of 6 Hughes House, De Wint Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of assault. She was given a community order for nine months and ordered to pay compensation of £50.

Andrew Gerard Scoular, 56, of 10 Cumberland Way, Scampton, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence and without insurance. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 150 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for seven months.
Sam Ryan Stalford, 19, c/o 106 Moorland Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £50.

Paul Michael Bradley, 28, of 10 Kent Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to not being at your place of abode and having articles for use in the course of, or in connection with theft, namely a screwdriver and wire cutters, theft of an iPod docking station and a key to the value of £150 and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was committed to prison for 80 days.
Daryl Adrian Marsh, 19, of 26 Wallis Avenue, Hykeham Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance, outside the authorisation class of a licence and with no MoT certificate. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.
William Wilson, 32, of 60 Castle View, Tolney Lane, Newark, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.
George Hurst, 55, of Carholme Court, Long Leys Road, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for two counts of assault. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £110.
