Ian Martin Booth, 35, of 41 North Parade, Sleaford, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for assault. He was committed to prison for 60 days suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £250.

Stuart Patterson, 28, of 54 Moorland Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to damaging a car, doors, a TV, mirrors, lights, plant pots and fish tank, harassment and two counts of assault. He was committed to prison for 23 weeks suspended for two years, given a restraining order and ordered to pay compensation of £500.

Daniel Andrew Liberty, 33, of 23 Cumberland Avenue, Wellingore, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods namely a specialised Enduro Comp 2011 mountain bike to the value of £2,659.99 and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a community order with various requirements for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £200.
