Angela Ruth Kelly, 56, of 3 Laburnum Drive, Cherry Willingham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving in excess of 30mph. She was fined £45, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

He was committed to prison for 23 weeks suspended for two years, given a restraining order and ordered to pay compensation of £500.
Daniel Andrew Liberty, 33, of 23 Cumberland Avenue, Wellingore, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods namely a specialised Enduro Comp 2011 mountain bike to the value of £2,659.99 and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a community order with various requirements for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £200.
