Mohamed Ahmed, 22, of The Plantings, Old Bell Lane, Carlton-on-Trent, Newark, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £45, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Steven James Triffitt, 56, of 1 Sunfield Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with an alcohol awareness specified activity for five days added.

Martin Ronald Young, 33, of 26 Archer Road, Branston, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to comply with the requirements of a notice served under the Environmental Act. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £250.

Andrew Charles McInnes, 40, c/o Parkways, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the direction given by a police constable. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. He was detained in the courthouse.

Mihaita Adrian Paul, 34, of 29 Westfield Avenue, Boston, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.
