He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £20.
Lawrence Newbury, 23, of 9 Summergangs Lane, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving a motor vehicle when an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failing to stop, failing to report the accident and driving without due care and attention. He was fined £270, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Kenneth Frederick Smith, 28, of 2 Buchanan Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to intentionally touching a woman aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and you did not reasonably believe that she was consenting. Rimas Turgusas, 25, of 125 Spilsby Road, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence and without insurance. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks and disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 24 months.
Rebecca Maria Merritt, 30, of 25 Water Lane, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 89 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was fined £260, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 18 months.
Ross Ian Simpson, 24, of Lincoln Imp, Blankney Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assaulting a constable in the execution of her duty, driving without insurance and driving outside the authorisation class of a licence. He was fined £320, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.
Ian James Speirs, 43, of Thornefield, Thorpe Lane, Tealby, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence and without insurance. He was committed to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 18 months, ordered to carry out unpaid work for 150 hours within the next 12 months and disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 18 months.
