Martin David Lynch, 20, of 11 Westminster House, Welton Gardens, Ermine, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of four cans of Fosters lager to a value unknown belonging to Marks and Spencer. He was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40.
