Martin David Lynch, 20, of 11 Westminster House, Welton Gardens, Ermine, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of four cans of Fosters lager to a value unknown belonging to Marks and Spencer. He was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40.

Jodie Nicola Bailey, 25, of 169 Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of perfumes to the value of £44 belonging to Debenhams and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. She was committed to prison for 12 weeks.
