He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Richard Michael Baker, 34, of 15 Riverside Close, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of foodstuff to the value of £22.90 belonging to Spar, foodstuff to the value of £39.29 belonging to Co-Operative Retail Stores and meat to the value of £19.12 belonging to Sainsbury's. He was given a conditional discharge for 18 months, ordered to pay compensation of £58.41 and costs of £40.
Asta Cerapokaite, 49, of 5 Rosemary Lane, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two dresses and a bottle of wine to the value of £47 belonging to Tesco. She was given a conditional discharge for 18 months.

Kamil Dzialek, 27, of 73 Shuttleworth House, Stamp End, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a bottle of cider to the value of £3.35 belonging to Spar. He was given a community order with various requirements for 12 months, fined £40 and ordered to pay compensation of £3.35.
Martin David Howard, 35, of Beech House, Stocks Lane, Faldingworth, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for three years.
David Robert Lovatt, 32, of 35 St Peters Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to committing fraud in that you dishonestly advertised for sale an iPhone 4S to the value of £320. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.
Simone Elizabeth McLaren, 44, of 1 Old Chapel Road, Skellingthorpe, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving a motor vehicle when an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failing to report the accident and driving without due care and attention. She was fined £95, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. Her licence was endorsed with five points.
Ricky Austin, 22, of 9 Riseholme Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with an electronically monitored curfew for three months added.
Mathew Luke Stanley Percival, 24, of 2 Lock Row, Torksey Lock, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of a quantity of cannabis a controlled Class B drug and commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. The order is to continue with one month added. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed. He was detained in the courthouse.
Alex Campana, 33, of 2 St Georges Way, Grantham, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £565, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.
Ruben Moses, 42, of HMP Lincoln, Greetwell Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to attend a prescribed police station within 12 months to carry out your annual notification. He was committed to prison for 28 days.
Kevin Nazarenko, 28, of 30 Fen Road, Billinghay, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to four counts of assault. He was given a community order with various requirements for two years and ordered to pay costs of £85.
