Stacey Marie Wilson, 21, of 21 St Georges Close, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone. She was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

Rowland Bullimore, 42, of 21 Ridgewell Close, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to stopping a vehicle on a road in a position which could endanger other persons. He was fined £135, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £125. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Andrew Holbrook, 34, of 21 Gaunt Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to notify Lincoln City Council of a change of circumstances. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £1,089.70.

Tara Jakes, 39, of 38 Theaker Avenue, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to causing unnecessary suffering to a German Shepherd type cross-bred dog. She was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100. She was banned from keeping animals for two years.

Lawrence Ward, 21, of Flat 2, 136 West Parade, Lincoln, was convicted at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was committed to prison for 10 weeks.

Dale Fairham, 34, of 11 Alness Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of fragrances to the value of £188 belonging to Boots, alcohol to the value of £21.78 belonging to Premier Oakwood Stores, wash powder and alcohol to the value of £20.80 belonging to Lincolnshire Co-operative Society and commissioning a further offence while subject to a community order. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks and ordered to pay compensation of £21.78. The community order was revoked.

Samuel John Hutchinson, 21, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of food to a value unknown belonging to One Stop Shop and commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. The order is to continue with various changes. He was detained in the courthouse.

Scott Michael Jordan, 20, of 61A Heaton Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence. The order is to continue with various changes.

Nathan Charles Slucock, 40, of 14 Pasture Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of ornaments to the value of £270.30 belonging to Co-operative Store, commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge, attempted theft of joints of meat to the value of £69.26 belonging to Tesco and theft of a ceramic elephant to the value of £14.99 belonging to the British Heart Foundation. He was given a community order with various requirements for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £285.29. The order is to continue.
