Adam Philip Willis, 22, of City Vaults Public House, The High Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The community order was revoked and he was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

Jamie Lee Bradshaw, 26, of 5 Lake View Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to failing to deliver the part of the registration document notifying the transfer of a vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. He was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £25. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

James Alexander Conroy, 27, of 89 Moor Lane, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of 0.96 grammes of cocaine a controlled Class A drug. He was fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

John Keith William Stokes, 40, of 111 Outer Circle Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to theft of a box of chocolates to the value of £4 belonging to Asda, commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence and assault. He was given a community order with a curfew requirement for four months.

David Albert Crowther, 45, of 9 Eastoft House, Carrington Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two bottles of champagne to the value of £19.98 belonging to The Co-op. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £19.98 and costs of £20.

David Alan Rhodes, 29, of 6 Bennington Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with various changes.

Krystof Andrlej Knebloch, 24, of 124 North Gate, Newark, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving outside the authorisation class of a licence and without insurance. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Daniel John Millson, 29, of 1 Frampton Terrace, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of a quantity of cannabis a controlled Class B drug with intent to supply others. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £40. The drugs, cannabis grinders and electronic scales were forfeited and destroyed.

Elizabeth Scott, 47, of 1 Grange Cottages, Kexby Road, Glentworth, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without due care and attention. She was fined £130, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. Her licence was endorsed with five points.

Valerie Copland, 64, of 1 Goldsmith Walk, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of goods to the value of £31.37 belonging to Lidl. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £150.

Michael James Stafford, 50, of 93 Lincoln Road, Metheringham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £50.

William Nicholas Francis Cooke, 24, of 3 Moorland Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of lamb joints to the value of £35.96 belonging to Ruskington Co-op, meat items to a value unknown belonging to Spar, Bold washing liquid to a value unknown, Ariel liquid to a value unknown belonging to Co-op Lincoln and body spray, shower gel and shaving gel to the value of £54.32 belonging to Co-op Bracebridge Heath. He was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £65.16.
