Damian Richard Eastgate, 32, of 16 Almond Walk, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of three packs of SD cards and one Gillette razor pack to the value of £75 belonging to Boots, seven bottles of wine to the value of £50 belonging to Spar, attempted theft of a chainsaw to the value of £100 and attempted theft of a lawnmower and two strimmers to the value of £580 belonging to Homebase. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £125.

James Stewart Hosiedlo, 27, of 8 St Rumbold Street, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for assault. He pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was given a community order with various requirements, a restraining order for two years and ordered to pay compensation of £120.

Christopher James Welsh, 25, of 16 Gleedale, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with five hours unpaid work within the next 12 months added and is extended for six months.

Stephanie Pamela Atherton, 29, of 19 Croft Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with a drug rehabilitation requirements extended by two months.

He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £100.

Stephen James Buckley, 42, of 21 Waterworks Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a box of cheese to the value of £21 belonging to Heron Foods and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.
