Liam James Carey, 19, of 64 Addison Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a fire alarm to a value unknown belonging to Tower Hotel and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was fined £75, ordered to pay compensation of £28 and a victim surcharge of £15. The order is to continue.

Paul Michael Dent, 33, of 105 Portland Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to committing fraud by taking an item off a shelf and trying to obtain a refund to the value of £20 in Wilkinsons and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 40 hours within the next 12 months. The order is to continue.

Simon Christopher Duffy, 28, of 16 Renfrew Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of a quantity of cannabis a controlled Class B drug. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Kylee Ann Orton, 34, of 68 Newland Street West, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of shoes to the value of £55 belonging to Dorothy Perkins. She was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £50.

Andrew George Bontoft, 50, of 81 Wragby Road, Bardney, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to three counts of assault. He was given a community order with a curfew requirement for 60 days, ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £150.

Jasmine Louise Johnson, 18, of 1 Cosgrove Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is revoked and she was given a curfew requirement for 60 days and a community order with various requirements for 12 months.
