Benjamin Clancey, 25, of 12 Woodfield Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging the front door of a house, plant pots and coping stones in a front garden, damaging a wing mirror on a motor vehicle, assaulting a police constable and a police sergeant in the execution of their duties. He was given a community order for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £1,007.57.

Adam Cormack, 35, of Old Garage House, High Street, South Clifton, Newark, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without due care and attention. He was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with four points.

Scott James Houston, 28, of 162 Bowbridge Road, Newark, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence and without insurance. He was given a curfew requirement for four months and committed to prison for three months suspended for 12 months. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for two years.

James William Bocock, 25, of 14 Snowberry Gardens, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 89 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Nicola Frances Hogg, 45, of 29 Poachers Brook, Skellingthorpe, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis. She was committed to prison for 17 weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85. She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for three years.

Matthew Robert Lugsden, 39, of 12 Barkers Court, Melville Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of food items to the value of £2.60 belonging to Tesco, willfully obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty and commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.
