He was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 20 months.
Daniel Wilkinson, 30, of 24 Lime Tree Avenue, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to notify West Lindsey District Council of a change of circumstances. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43.

Kieley Elizabeth Davis, 26, of 6 Upper Saxon Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to theft of chicken and coffee to the value of £50.40 belonging to Lincoln Co-operative, assault and commissioning a further offence while subject to a community order.
