Aaron Mark Smith, 23, of 14 Mourn Terrace, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 20 months.

Daniel Wilkinson, 30, of 24 Lime Tree Avenue, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to notify West Lindsey District Council of a change of circumstances. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43.

Walter Andrew Winship, 39, of 9 Castle Terrace, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay costs of £85.

Kieley Elizabeth Davis, 26, of 6 Upper Saxon Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to theft of chicken and coffee to the value of £50.40 belonging to Lincoln Co-operative, assault and commissioning a further offence while subject to a community order. The community order was revoked. She was given a community order with various requirements for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £50.40.

Emma Jane Goulding, 31, of 21 Waddingworth Grove, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of male grooming products to the value of £53.01 belonging to Boots, theft of four cans of Stella lager to the value of £5.28 belonging to Lincoln Co-operative, theft of four cans of Stella lager to the value of £8 belonging to McColls Newsagent and commissioning a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence. She was committed to prison for 15 weeks.

Kristian Hall, 34, of 7 Franklin Crescent, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to committing fraud by making a false representation. He was given a restraining order for 12 months, fined £160, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £75.

Tom Kelly, 23, of 12 Station Road, Torksey, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £45, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £15. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Lee John Pitchford, 22, c/o 29 Gray Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty to damaging a wheel clamp to the value of £100 belonging to Capitas Veas. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £50.

Steven James Prentice, 36, of Flat 11, 86 Riseholme Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of £100 cash and commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. He was committed to prison for 34 weeks.

Kevin Mark Waters, 39, of 8 Kemble Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to willfully obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty and driving with no MoT certificate. He was fined £135, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40.
