Shawn Ian Knaggs, 28, of 15 Tennyson Road, Ruskington, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was given a curfew requirement for four months, a community order for six months, ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £85.

Peter James McNab, 30, of 73 Alexandra Terrace, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of meat and beers to the value of £47.63 belonging to Asda. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Vilma Paulauskiene, 38, of 37 Norris Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to theft of various cosmetic and perfume items to the value of £470.94 belonging to Boots and theft of a handbag, clothes and a holdall to a value unknown belonging to Primark. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

Alison Purdy, 49, of 17 Martin Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of groceries to the value of £40 belonging to Asda. She was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20.

George Lyle McGreechan, 59, of 44 Woodhall Drive, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, fined £150, ordered to pay compensation of £125, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £125.

Christopher James Towle, 43, of The Dovecote, Newark Road, Swinderby, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to willfully obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty, driving outside the class of a licence, without insurance and no MoT certificate and driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone. He was fined £545, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £300.

Anne Marie Baillie, 36, of 83 Thesiger Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of clothing and groceries to the value of £133.78 belonging to Tesco. She was given a community order with a curfew requirement for four months.

Daniel Bates, 40, of 4 Thirsk Close, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 17 months.

Karl Stuart Heys, 30, of 15 Riverside Close, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of Gucci fragrance to the value of £77 belonging to Debenhams. He was given a conditional discharge for six months.

Giedrius Jakubauskas, 21, of 43 Thesiger Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, without insurance and outside the authorisation class of a licence. He was fined £280, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Leon Colin Lindridge, 27, of 15A Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln magistrates' Court to theft of perfume to the value of £62 belonging to Boots, possession of a quantity of Subutex a controlled Class C drug and commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months. The suspended sentence is to continue with three months drug rehabilitation requirement added. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.
