Paul Michael Bradley, 28, of 10 Kent Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of meat to the value of £67.67 belonging to Waitrose. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40.

Richard Hatcher, 38, of Travellers Rest, Skegness Road, Ingoldmells, Skegness, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Elviss Mecbergs, 26, of 220 Burton Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Robert William Roberts, 61, of 14 Sherwin Walk, Retford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 40mph. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with five points.

Lou William Tickhill, 64, of 1 Station Road, Willoughby, Alford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving outside the authorisation class of a licence and failing to ensure the nearside rear door on a trailer was secured allowing the door to swing open shedding the load over the road. He was fined £105, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Graeme Michael Dobbyn, 21, of 11 The Oval, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with a requirement to carry out unpaid work for eight hours within the next 12 months.

Joshua Robert Chapman, 18, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a pedal cycle to a value unknown, interfering with motor vehicles with the intention of theft of said vehicles, theft of headphones to the value of £280, failing to surrender to custody, theft of a ladder and a boiler to the value of £1,050 and failing to comply with the requirements of a youth rehabilitation order. He was committed to a young offender institute for six months.

Timothy Campbell, 28, of 106 Goldsmith Walk, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence. The order is to continue with five days compliance activity requirement added.

Lesley A. Nicholls, 33, of 29 North Parade, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order was revoked and she was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months.

Kaylee Brown, 24, of 142 Goldstraw Lane, Fernwood, Newark, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. She was fined £110, ordered to pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43.

Garron Timothy Garland, 24, of 2 Lynette Way, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a motor vehicle to the value of £190. He was fined £54, ordered to pay compensation of £190, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20.

Lee Matthew Hayward, 27, of 2 Ackrell Close, Coningsby, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 95 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for three years.

Marie Alice Keenan, 41, of 20 Churchfield, Ingham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft a bottle of Irish Meadows to the value of £4.99 belonging to Savers. She was given a conditional discharge for six months.

Dean Michael Melbourne, 27, of 17 Beverley Grove, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to stop a vehicle when required to do so by a constable in uniform. He was fined £166, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Leo Sean Thompson, 46, c/o 10 Laughton Hill, Horncastle, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of 0.1 grammes of diamorphine a controlled Class A drug and obstructing a constable in the exercise of his powers. He was fined £182 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Ann Wilson, 59, of 182 Witham Road, Woodhall Spa, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence and without insurance. She was fined £128, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for nine months.

Mark Clayton, 27, of 22 Sussex Gardens, Scampton, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with an amendment to carry out unpaid work for 20 hours within the next 12 months and the order extended by three months.
