Thomas Whitaker Wright, 18, of 12 Warwick Close, Saxilby, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £30. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.

Samuel David Woodman, 19, of 11 Wesley Road, Spalding, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving outside the authorisation class of a licence, without insurance and without due care and attention. He was fined £185 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Jason Christopher Brown, 40, of 8 Meadow Farm Caravan Site, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance, outside the authorisation class of a licence and in excess of 30mph. He was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with nine points.

Shirley Elizabeth Smith, 39, of 100 Shuttleworth House, Stamp End, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of clothing to a value unknown, being drunk of disorderly behaviour in a public place and assault. She was given a community order with various requirement for 12 months.

Jason Ian Massam, 21, of 29 Cedar Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to four counts of assault. He was given an electronic curfew requirement for three months and a community order with various requirements for nine months.

Albert Gray, 67, of 22 Thorpe Lane, South Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. He was given an absolute discharge and ordered to pay court costs of £43.
