Mathew Luke Stanley Percival, 24, of 2 Rock Row, Torksey Lock, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent and commissioning an offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. He was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100. The suspended sentence is to continue with some changes.
Scott Luke Howson, 21, of 3 Andover Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to sending by means of a public electronic communication network a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. He was given a community order for 12 months with an attendance centre requirement and ordered to pay costs of £40.

Paul Michael Dent, 33, of 105 Portland Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln magistrates' Court to theft of two packets of sheets to the value of £15.98 belonging to Mothercare, various items to the value of £68.18 belonging to Morrisons and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months. The order is to continue.
Matthew James Gascoigne, 19, of 22 Ashley Court, Boundary Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a gold ring. He was committed to prison for three months suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85.

Karl Grummer, 31, of 9 Claremont Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a motor vehicle to a value unknown and driving without insurance. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £150. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.
Gemma Elizabeth Hall, 30, of 22 Queen Mary Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a quantity of meat and other food products to the value of £61 belonging to the Co-op. She was ordered to pay compensation of £61.
Aaron Shaun Anthony Palmer, 30, of 9 Seagate Terrace, Long Sutton, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to ensure the needs of two dogs and a cat were met. He was given a conditional discharge for two years and ordered to pay costs of £500. He was banned from keeping animals for five years.
Matthew Seamons, 34, of Dandorsa, Churchill Road, North Somercotes, Louth, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 75 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 18 months.
Mandy Ward, 45, of 9 Seagate Terrace, Long Sutton, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to ensure the needs of two dogs and a cat were met. She was given a conditional discharge for two years and ordered to pay costs of £500. She was banned from keeping animals for five years.
