She was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.
Lorraine Anne Waple, 55, of 1 Church Lane, Springthorpe, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 92 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. She was fined £240, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Rachel Louise Elizabeth Ward, 38, of 35 Mendip Avenue, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of committing fraud with the intent to make a gain, namely cash to the value of £2,068.75 for yourself. She was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.
John David Woodcock, 38, of 6 Arthur Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of 5.5 grammes of amphetamine a controlled Class B drug and entering Eric A. Bird Jewellers at a trespasser and stealing a carrier bag and City Link radio to a value unknown. He was committed to prison for four months suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Mark Andrew Baker, 39, of 36 Pine Close, Brant Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a silver Mercedes to a value unknown. He was ordered to pay compensation of £350 and costs of £85.
Nina Rebecca Kruszelnicki, 36, of 20 Abbey Crescent, Swineshead, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of various items to a value unknown belonging to New Look. She was given a conditional discharge for six months.
Richard George Pedge, 27, of 16 Blankney Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being drunk of disorderly behaviour in a public place. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.
Karl Edward Spalding, 35, of 10 Jubilee Close, Cherry Willingham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £50.
Thomas Luke Dowle, 18, of 25 Caistor Road, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.
Marcin Jacek Mamonko, 28, of 82 Moorland Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault occasioning actual bodily harm and producing a quantity of cannabis a controlled Class B drug. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.
Billy Joe Whelan, 23, of 52 Trent View, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of a quantity of cannabis a controlled Class B drug. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed. He was detained in the courthouse.
Stephen John Baggott, 49, of 39 Ermine Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a dog toy to the value of £3 belonging to Wilkinsons, theft of a hat to the value of £17 belonging to Accessorize and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for six months and ordered to pay compensation of £17. The order is to continue.
