Matthew John Denman, 29, c/o 17 John Jenkinson Close, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 128 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, without insurance and outside the authorisation class of a licence. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £150. He was given a community order to attend the Drink Impaired Drivers Programme for 14 days and disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 24 months.
John Elam, 41, of 25 Queen Mary Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 103 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Ann Marie Reid, 34, of 70 Westwick Gardens, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a joint of beef to the value of £15 belonging to Lincoln Co-op. She was ordered to pay compensation of £15 and costs of £40.
Damion Sven Hourd, 33, of 15a Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of four blocks of cheese to the value of £26.20 belonging to Tesco. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60.
Jordan Michael Ray, 18, of 8 Blenheim Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a case of lager to the value of £13 belonging to Asda and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was ordered to pay compensation of £13. The order is to continue. He was detained in the courthouse.

She was fined £110 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 18 months.
Bevan Francois Clegg, 26, of 41 Deansleigh, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to driving with 218 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. he was given a community order to participate in the Drink Impaired Drivers programme for 14 days and disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 28 months.
Thomas James Coyle, 55, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was given a conditional discharge for six months.
