He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £100.

John Kevin Smith, 28, of 5 Summergangs Lane, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to entering Boots the Chemist and stealing controlled drugs to the value of £400. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.

Elizabeth Lisa Louise King, 34, of 5 Hurn Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of V-Kat Schnapps to the value of £3.99 belonging to B&M. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £40.

Ian Stanley Moore, 43, of Jarvis House, 33 Ashby Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault, attempted damage to a network server cabinet to a value unknown belonging to Pathways and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £25 and costs of £50.

He was fined £166, ordered to pay compensation of £616, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £75.

Andrius Morkevicius, 25, of Room 54, YMCA, St Rumbold Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with seven hours unpaid work within the next 12 months added.

Robert Pratt, 56, of 17 Gorse Lane, Silk Willoughby, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to notify the City of Lincoln Council of a change of circumstances. He was fined £166, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £75.

Gary Taylor, 19, of Room 5, 32 King Street, Market Rasen, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for travelling on a railway without having previously paid the fare. He was fined £400, ordered to pay compensation of £2.45, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £120.

Jason David Myhill, 21, of 2 Main Street, Snarford, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a blue pit bike to the value of £100. He was given a community order with an attendance centre requirement and ordered to pay costs of £25.
