John Robert Kuhn, 21, of 21 Maple Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of assault. He was given a community order with various requirements for nine months, an electronically monitored curfew for one month, ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £40.

Adam Christopher Lobley, 26, of Apartment 5, Ken House, 28 Spital Terrace, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 60 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £50.

He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £53.
Mark Anthony Falco, 28, of 6 Claredon View, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 18 months, ordered to pay compensation of £75 and costs of £40.
Martyn Gardner, 50, of 40 Marlow Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving dangerously and being the driving of a motor vehicle when an accident occurred and failing to stop. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.
Terrance Keith Round, 42, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to being in a public place with a blade or sharply pointed blade, namely a 7in carving knife, attempting to steal a pedal cycle to a value unknown and damaging a gate post to the value of £286 belonging to Trent Valley IDB. He was committed to prison for eight week. The knife was forfeited and destroyed.
John Anthony Defriend, 45, of 5 Reynolds House, Turner Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a hooded top to the value of £19.99 belonging to T K Maxx and assault. He was ordered to pay compensation of £20 and detained in the courthouse.
Miroslaw Dariusz Malinowski, 46, of Lincolnshire YMCA Ltd, St Rumbold Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of assault. He was fined £90, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £20.
Carl Nicholson, 43, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was committed to prison for six weeks and given a restraining order for 12 months.

He was fined £450, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £150. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 18 months.
Junaid Imran, 22, of 46 Westgate, Scotton, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with five days specified compliance activity added.

Daniel Nicholas Sanders, 21, of Gable Lodge, Church Court, Sudbrooke, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to give a specimen of blood for a laboratory test. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Bird Jewellers at a trespasser and stealing a carrier bag and City Link radio to a value unknown and possession of 0.7 grms of amphetamine a controlled Class B drug. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 180 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.
