Luke Adam Shephardson, 23, of 7 Westwold Road, Caistor, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a four litre bottle of Frosty Jack Cider to the value of £4.49 belonging to Pankaj Bajaj and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was fined £95, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40.
Robin Albert Brettell, 44, of YMCA, St Rumbold Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a pasta salad and sandwiches to the value of £3.10 belonging to Tesco, assault, theft of a bottle of wine to the value of £3.99 belonging to Savers, theft of sandwiches to the value of £5 belonging to Tesco, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and racially aggravated assault. He was found guilty of assault. He was committed to prison for 17 weeks suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £60 and costs of £100.

Karl John Leveridge, 25, of 83 North Parade, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to entering an area you were prohibited from doing by an anti-social behaviour order and commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.
Roger Paul Bayes, of 1 Keddington Avenue, Lincoln, application made at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to seize £11,530 in accordance with the Section 298 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. The application was granted for £11,140 to be forfeited.

He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85.
Shaun Kelly Smith, 27, of 24 Noel Street, Gainsborough, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of 14 four stone weights to the value of £630. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £630.
Michael Graham Wright, 42, of 20 Saxilby Road, Sturton-by-Stow, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.
Henry Kane, 48, of 28 St Nicholas Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to entering as a trespasser the manager's office at Charlotte House Hotel and stealing an iPad, bank card, aftershave and deodrant to the value of £329. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £329.
Darryl Richard Read, 28, of 36 Ripon Street, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.
Cheryl Natasha Helsdown, 34, of 1 Charles Street West, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to comply with the indication given by a traffic sign. She was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.
