Raimonds Talerko, 27, of 45 Beech Rise, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. He was detained in the courthouse.

Dominic Boswell, 19, of 5 Brewsters Quarter, Marshalls Rise, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour which was racially aggravated and threatening to smash a mobile telephone. He was given a community order to attend an attendance centre for 21 hours.

He was committed to prison for seven days.

Wayne Robert Adam Mason, 32, of 22 Trent View, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of 5.8 grams of cannabis a controlled Class B drug. He was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Martins Klovans, 28, of 2 Craven Mews, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of nappies to the value of £15 belonging to Savers. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for six months, ordered to pay compensation of £15 and costs of £15.

Chase Cameron MacKenzie, 21, of 16 Pasture Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 24 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85.

Laszio Szanto, 43, of Caravan Site, Washingborough Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of socks to the value of £6 belonging to Tesco. He was detained in the courthouse.

Perry Ray Ansell, 18, of 21 South Gardens, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence. The order is to continue with 20 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months added.

Alan George Thackray, 23, of 9 Stow Park Road, Stow, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 40 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months added.
