Donna Marie Brooks, 36, of 80 Holly Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without due care and attention. She was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

He was given a conditional discharge for 18 months and ordered to pay costs of £50. The container, hose, knife, screwdrivers and gloves were forfeited.

Ali Buck, 43, of Flat 1, John O'Gaunt House, Gaunt Street, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £540, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

He was found guilty of dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods namely a Barracuda mountain cycle to the value of £225. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £188.77 and costs of £300.

Andrius Petkus, 32, of 16 Witham Place, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Joshua Craig Henryk Stepniewski, 19, of The Hammers, Sturgate, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £45.

Jane Louise Marshall, 40, of 6 Lonsdale Place, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to three counts of failing to notify the City of Lincoln council of a change of circumstances. She was given a conditional discharge for two years and ordered to pay compensation of £2,172.46 and costs of £75.

Scott Greathead, 37, of 8 Lumley Crescent, Skegness, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.
