Leanne Sarah McGrath, 30, of 3 Rosewood Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of perfumes to the value of £102.50 belonging to Boots. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £25.
Christopher Darby, 43, of 12 Honington Approach, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was fined £175, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £140.

Shaun Richard Hornby, 24, of 7 Priory Close, Ruskington, Sleaford, pleaded guilty to assault. He was fined £185, ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £200.
Joshua Mark Phillips, 18, of 12 Beech Avenue, Nettleham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was given a detention and training order for four months.

Lee Robert Roberts, 32, c/o The Nomad Trust, 15A Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of four joints of meat to the value of £32 belonging to Budgens, two bottles of champagne to the value of £62 belonging to The One Stop Shop, failing to surrender to the Magistrates' Court, theft of a bottle of perfume to the value of £47 and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £152, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £40. The order is to continue.
Anthony Daniel Coucom, 60, of 14 Meadow Lane, South Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance and driving without due care and attention. He was fined £145, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20. His licence was endorsed with six points.
Daniel Shane Dimaio, 22, of 9 Broadway, Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a notebook to a value unknown belonging to Lincolnshire Police, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent and assault. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 180 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £85.
Paul Alan Munks, 40, of 2 St Michaels Close, Billinghay, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance and without due care and attention. He was fined £460, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.
Lee Shelley, 48, of 124 Hermit Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone and behaving in a manner whereby a breach of the peace was caused. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with three points. He was bound over in the sum of £150 for six months to keep the peace.
