He was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £50. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 20 months.

Ann Marie Reid, 34, of 70 Westwick Gardens, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of baby clothing to the value of £98 belonging to Matalan. She was given a conditional discharge for six months.

Terry James Brian Rogers, 63, of 3 Dunholme Road, Welton, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £390, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £39 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Marc Colin Seward, 51, of Highfield Lodge, East Torrington, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to causing harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for six months and ordered to pay costs of £85.

Martin Strnadal, 33, of 47 Jarvis House, Ashby Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of chicken to the value of £35.97 belonging to Waitrose. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

John Jake Webster, 18, of 30 Pocklington Way, Heckington, pleaded guilty to possession of 14.63 grammes of cannabis a controlled Class B drug and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was fined £75 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Scot Anthony Wright, 18, of Room 1 Wordsworth House, 205 Yarborough Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of using an internet enabled mobile phone which you were prohibited from doing under the terms of a sexual offences prevention order. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.

Dawid Dziwota, 22, of 8 Kexby Walk, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention, driving without insurance and outside the authorisation class of a licence. He was fined £175, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Bryan Terence Oxby, 22, of 17 Byron Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was given a community order with an attendance centre requirement for 36 hours, ordered to pay compensation of £400 and costs of £85.

Lee Paul Parr, 33, of 39 Ryland Road, Dunholme, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to being drunk of disorderly behaviour in a public place and commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. He was fined £85, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £25. The suspended sentence was extended by three months.

Craig Peter Thompson, 18, of 71 Robert Tressell Walk, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using or threatening unlawful violence towards another person. He was committed to a young offenders detention centre for 12 weeks.

Ian Mark Burn, 28, of 29c Bridge Street, Horncastle, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a Crown Court suspended sentence.
