He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 26 months.

Benjamin John Pickering, 29, of 3 Kisgate, Sturton-by-Stow, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 41 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Craig Hendrick Wallard, 22, of Flat 1, 101 Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of eight cans of deodorant to the value of £23.60 belonging to Boots. He was fined £65, ordered to pay compensation of £23.60, a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £40.

Brian Buckthorpe, 55, of 30 Cannon Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to breaching a disqualification under the Animal Welfare Act by having custody of a rabbit and two guinea pigs. He was banned from dealing with, owning, keeping, participating in keeping and transporting animals for five years. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months.

He was fined £330, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 20 months.

Andrew Paul Huntley Hobson, 33, of 61 Trent View, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to entering as a trespasser a dwelling and stealing an Apple iPad to the value of £240 and committing fraud by saying you were the owner of the iPad and selling it for £165 intending to make a gain for yourself. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 200 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £165.

Lisa Marie Moore, 34, of 3 Belmont Grove, Grantham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of DVDs to a value unknown belonging to WH Smith and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. She was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Dean Alfonso Nelson, 28, of 64 Westwick Gardens, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two bottles of Co-op Big Chill wine to the value of £9.38 belonging to Co-op. He was given a conditional discharge for six months, ordered to pay compensation of £9.38 and costs of £15.

Alan Waring, 65, of 2 Princess Diana Court, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 114 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was fined £162, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.
