Paul John Fines, 30, of 53 Doughty's Court, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to having a knife in a public place, theft of a quantity of foodstuffs to a value unknown belonging to Curtis, dishonestly receiving stolen goods, namely a TomTom sat nav and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a community order with various requirements. The knife was forfeited and destroyed.

Alan Peter Murray, 37, of 1 Broxholme Gardens, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to driving with 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, driving without insurance, outside the authorisation class of a licence, taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner, causing damage to it before it was recovered, commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge and possession of a quantity of Methylmethcathinone a class B drug. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 520 hours within the next 12 months and disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 18 months. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Malcolm James William Parish, 78, of 26 Cliff Road, Welton, pleaded guilty to driving with 107 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was fined £280, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Colin Richard Hyke, 41, of 7 Albany Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to contacting someone you were prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. He was given a conditional discharge for 109 days and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Carl Edward Knight, 21, of 72 Station Road, Waddington, application made at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to forfeit seized cash of £7,385. The money was forfeited including any interest secured on it.

Jonathan Franklin Broddle, 27, of Room 21, YMCA, St Rumbold Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with five hours unpaid work added.

Carl Dean Lunnon, 22, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 10 hours unpaid work added.

Shaun Anthony Boulton, 42, of 12 Lexington House, Newark Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a quantity of Lynx deodrant to the value of £41.92 belonging to B&M and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was fined £66, ordered to pay compensation of £21, a victim surcharge of £15 and given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

Marc Draper, 35, of 2 Clarendon View, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40.

Ryan Garrard, 18, of 12 Lexington House, Newark Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a quantity of Lynx deodrant to the value of £41.92 belonging to B&M and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay compensation of £21.

Evaldas Medelis, 21, of 15 Nelson Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a Vivitar V5119 digital camera to the value of £19.99 belonging to Toys R Us. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 60 hours within the next 12 months.

Mantas Stupelis, 21, of 15 Nelson Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to theft of a Vivitar V7122 digital camera and a packet of Tangtastic sweets to the value of £26.28 belonging to Toys R Us. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 60 hours within the next 12 months.

    86% of the names in this court listing are British.

    (86% is most of them in case your arithmetic is as poor as your English)

    Perhaps a lot of 'these foreigners' originally turned up to do all the work that was being left undone by the large number of British people constantly appearing in these court pages - all them seemingly too busy claiming benefits and doing crime to get jobs.
