Dawn Louise Kelly Edmonds, 30, of The Pathways Centre, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of plastic coat hooks, chocolate and chewing gum to the value of £4.97 belonging to Wilkinson. She was fined £65 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20. She was detained in the courthouse.

Alasdair John Hodgson, 42, of 96 Washingborough Road, Heighington, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to speeding. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

David John Walters, 37, of 173 Cannon Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of a noxious liquid, namely CS Incapacitant spray and possession of a quantity of cannabis a controlled Class B drug.     “if judges can fine people for not having no licence / insurance and fine them £600 + costs then they can do the same with people who have no colour tv licence and some of them get off with a pittance fine . as a tax payer who pays his licence in full and has to support others that don.t have licences”
