Rokas Eglynas, 22, of 242 Burton Road, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence, without insurance and driving a motor vehicle on a public road which was extensively damaged. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months, ordered to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £600. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 34 months.
Sidney Dean Price, 19, of Flat 31, Sharpes Warehouse, Station Road, Sleaford, pleaded guilty to theft of a crate of 15 cans of Fosters lager to the value of £14 belonging to Sainsbury's, a bottle of Frosty Jacks cider to the value of £4.35 belonging to Spar and failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was fined £75, ordered to pay compensation of £18.35, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £50. He was given an electronically monitored curfew for four months.

Stephen John Baggott, 49, of 39 Ermine Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of a quantity of cannabis a controlled Class B drug. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.
Brett Stuart Clayton, 31, c/o 55 Shuttleworth House, Stamp End, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of electrical items to the value of £127.95 belonging to Asda, possession of an offensive weapon namely a knuckle duster in a public place and possession of 11.5 grammes of amphetamine a controlled Class B drug. He was given a curfew requirement for three months, committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80. The knuckle duster and drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

John Davison, 40, of 17 Clarendon Gardens, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to comply with the direction given by a traffic light, driving without insurance and outside the authorisation class of a licence. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. His licence was endorsed with six points.
David Gargiulo, 29, of 34 Benson Crescent, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' for driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone and failing to produce for examination your licence and its counterpart. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. His licence was endorsed with three points.
Steven Gary Johnson, 22, of 12 John Street, Market Rasen, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving with no MoT certificate and without insurance. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. His licence was endorsed with six points.
Eric Edward Lindberg, 62, of 68 Abingdon Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. The case was adjourned to consider disqualified from driving.
Krzysztof Mazur, 32, of 5 Kimblewick Lane, Spalding, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. His licence was endorsed with six points.
Emma Pankiw, 36, of 67 Trent View, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to making repeated phone calls to Lincolnshire Police which were grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character, failing to surrender to custody, persistently making use of a public electronic communication network for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another, commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence and making a false report to Lincolnshire Police intending to show that an offence had been committed. She was given a community order for 12 months and a curfew requirements for three months.
