Stephen John Baggott, 49, of 39 Ermine Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with a direction given by a police constable in uniform. He was fined £70 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20. He was detained in the courthouse.
