Mandas Kasperavicius, 20, of 4 Wedgewood Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £25 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 22 months.

He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 25 months.
Richard Michael Baker, 34, of 15 Riverside Close, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £40. The order is to continue.

He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.
