Daniel Christopher Beirne, 21, of 4 Eastfields, Bishop Norton, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £25 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with five points.

Kevin James Thompson, 38, of 185 Cannon Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a bottle of wine to the value of £6.49 and clothing to the value of £216 belonging to Marks and Spencer. He was given a curfew requirement for three months, a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60.
Beata Benasiewicz-Gorska, 46, of 155 Devon Road, Newark, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.
Shaun Anthony Boulton, 42, of 12 Lexington House, Newark Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of meat items to the value of £31.13 belonging to Tesco. He was given a conditional discharge for six months.
Ryan Bradley, 33, of 10 Kent Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a Signature Capture pen to a value unknown belonging to Lincolnshire Police, theft of groceries to a value unknown, six jars of Nescafe Gold Blend coffee to a value of £24 belonging to Co-op and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a community order for six months, and ordered to pay compensation of £194.48.
