James Brian D'Phillips, 44, of 85 Drake Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a bottle of wine and a packet of beef to the value of £7.29 belonging to Tesco. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Ivo Liepins, 35, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being drunk of disorderly behaviour in a public place. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20. He was detained in the courthouse.
Richard John Robinson, 21, of 34 Trent View, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was committed to prison for nine weeks.

Ashley John Barker, 19, of 24 Moorland Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence. The order is to continue with the operational period increased by 14 days.
Andrew Houston, 52, of 18 Oval Approach, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a glass window to a value unknown and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £50. The order is to continue.
James Terrence Marshall, 26, of 3 Coupland Close, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 82 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £120. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.
Simon Warwick, 24, of 20 Lime Tree Avenue, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 110 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.
