Stewart Richard Savage, 53, of 29 Willoughby Chase, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 101 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was ordered to pay costs of £30. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 26 months.
Lee Anthony Simpson, 24, of 33 Theaker Avenue, Gainsborough, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of four cans of Budweiser to the value of £2.98 belonging to Tesco. He was fined £75, ordered to pay compensation of £2.98, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £70.

Vaidas Charcenko, 20, of BBQ Hut, St Mary's Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of three bottles of Gentleman Jack whisky to the value of £77.34 belonging to Morrisons. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.
Simon Nicholas Hearn, 47, of Apartment 15, St Catherines Mews, St Catherines, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to allowing another person to use a motor vehicle which was not insured. The case was adjourned to consider endorsement or disqualification from driving.

She was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £327 and costs of £160.
Adam Wolak, 36, of 27D Portland Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being drunk of disorderly behaviour in a public place and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £60.
Lewis Hutchinson, 21, of 131 Ropery Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months.
