Daniel John Jones, 28, of Flat 5, Schoeffer House, 242 Woodfield Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with five days compliance activity requirement added.

Hugh John Ahearn, 46, of 30 Beckett Avenue, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to 12 counts of possession of indecent photographs. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.

Daryl James Button, 25, of 34 Caesar Road, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 47 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £25 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Matthew Hughie Denman, 25, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of eight cans of alcohol to the value of £10.24 belonging to Murco Service Station. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £10.11, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

She was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 28 days.

Simon Barry Martin, 25, of 37 Sunningdale Way, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent and resisting a constable in the execution of his duty. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.

John Colin Shephardson, 69, of 7 Westwold Road, Caistor, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 101 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £25 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Sharon Thomas, 41, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two bottles of fragrance to the value of £64.50 belonging to Debenhams and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. She was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months. The order is to continue.
