HE Lettings provide letting agency services and manage in excess of 700 individual residential properties in Lincolnshire and East Nottinghamshire on behalf of landlords. These residential properties range from small flats to large individual detached houses.

Residential properties are usually let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies and are managed by our specialist Residential Management team. Key members of staff are fully qualified within the Royal Instituition of Chartered Surveyors or the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
