Servicemen from Lincolnshire who have given their lives in active service in Afghanistan include Lance Corporal Mathew Ford, who died in January, 2007, aged 30.
Among the soldiers killed in Iraq are Lieutenant Phillip Green, who died in March, 2003, aged 30. Captain David Jones died in August 2003, aged 29 and Squadron Leader Patrick Marshall died in January, 2005. He was 39.
