The days have been specially arranged to ensure people are given the chance to find out more about the role of a police officer and what will be expected of them.
It will also be an opportunity for people to ask questions and make sure a career within the police service is right for them, before starting the application process.
Places on the events must be booked online, and are limited to 250 for each event in Lincolnshire. The spaces are expected to be filled quickly.
Four recruitment days will be held in total.
One will be held at Bishop Grosseteste University in Lincoln, on August 29, and another at Stoke Rochford Hall in Grantham on August 22.
Two other recruitment days will take place at Kenwick Park Hotel in Louth on August 28, and Fenside Community Centre in Boston on September 3.
