Motorist who pleasured himself in front of women while driving escapes jail term
A MASTURBATING motorist who flashed at a passing driver as he drove along a busy road has escaped jail.
Electrician Glenn Flello, 28, was travelling along a two-lane stretch of the A46 at about 55mph when he beeped at the horrified woman as he thrust himself forward in his seat.

Lincoln Magistrates' Court heard the shocking incident lasted for about five minutes as a grinning Flello drove alongside her on the approach to Swinderby roundabout.
It was one of six such offences he committed in a five-month period – four of which involved under-age girls.
But he has walked free from court after being ordered to pay £2,500 and complete a three-year community order.
Magistrates heard that on at least three occasions Flello drove up alongside young girls before beeping at them as he pleasured himself.
Prosecutor Marie Stace told the court the female motorist on the A46 was stunned to see Flello expose himself as he edged alongside her.
Reading from the victim's statement to the police, Ms Stace said: "It shocked me, it angered me.
"I could not believe he was driving a car while carrying out a sexual act."
She told officers she was frightened they would collide, then watched as the man sped off.
The incident took place at about 5.50pm on March 18.
But just five days earlier, at lunchtime on March 13, Flello approached two young girls near Caistor Road in Market Rasen and again tried to catch their attention as he pleasured himself.
Shockingly, he had done the same thing to one of the girls before – as she walked alone in the same area on December 11.
The girl – who, like the other victims, cannot be named – told police: "I felt that I was being targeted."
On April 25, he slowed down alongside two more girls in the same area.
A smartly-dressed Flello, of Campden Crescent in Cleethorpes, sat motionless in the court as he heard the details of his crimes.
Flello admitted four offences of intentionally exposing his genitals.
He admitted a further charge of driving without insurance.
He also asked the court to take into account two more similar incidents committed in Nottinghamshire.
Nigel Burn, in mitigation, said: "A psychiatrist says the death of his father coupled with relationship problems may have formed an underlying trigger."
Flello was put on the sex offenders' register for five years.
He was also ordered to complete a sex offender treatment programme.
