Situated in the scenic and historic market town of Boston, Fairfield B & B has been accommodating visitors from all over the UK and beyond for over 15 years.

We are a family run business that provides a friendly, welcoming atmosphere to all who stay with us at our clean, well-furnished B & B. We consider our prices to be competitive and we always give you the highest quality service, as we do with every guest.

What we do for you
We firmly believe that a Bed & Breakfast should provide a range of services to ensure that guests needs are duly attended. This is why Fairfield B & B aims to give all of our customers the best possible care and attention for a pleasurable stay with us.

Comfortable rooms
Our rooms are all en-suite, have double beds, and come equipped with all the necessary items such as Hairdryers, Shaving Points and Tea & Coffee making facilities.

We are family friendly and if you need to keep an eye on your children then we have joined rooms, allowing you to still have privacy but giving you the peace of mind that your kids are just behind a door. We also cater for the Disabled, and our B & B has two Disabled Rooms which have a wet room and rails.

Our range of other services
To give you more than just a place to sleep, we provide you with a few other services to make your stay easy and enjoyable. These include:

• Garden area with communal BBQ
• Delicious English Breakfast

For convenience, there is a newsagent nearby and the local pub is only a minutes’ walk up the road. Small pets may be welcome but please call first to make sure we can accommodate your furry friends.

Location and nearby attractions
The location of Fairfield B & B makes it an ideal choice for those wishing to explore the local area. On our doorstep we have the famous ‘Boston Stump’, which is the largest parish church in England. The town centre is only a 15 minute walk away and there is a regular market every Wednesday and Saturday for you to explore.

For those that want to venture a little further there are many other attractions nearby. The seaside town of Skegness is a short drive, as is Spalding with its famous flower shows. Lincoln isn’t too much further away and has plenty of things to see and do. There’s also the Frampton Marsh RSPB Wetland Reserve just around the corner, which is great for the nature lover in you (and also great for the kids).
