Get involved in the Big Boston Clean-up
RESIDENTS are being asked to put forward grot spots to be tackled during the third annual Big Boston Clean-up.
Teams of volunteers will hit the streets to clean up litter and rubbish between April 12 and April 16.
Each day will begin at the Assembly Rooms and the borough will be divided into five areas with one being tackled per day.
Volunteers will be given litter picking and safety equipment and Boston Churches Together will provide a free lunch.
Organiser Jen Moore said: "Those who have taken part before always say what a fun event it is.
"I know it doesn't sound very likely but they really enjoy getting out in the fresh air feeling that they are doing something really worthwhile."
To name a grot spot or to volunteer contact Jen on (01205) 314583.
