    “blythwiles

You are wrong, the laws are to do with trespass and theft. Every landowner 'owns' the wildlife on his or her land. If someone goes onto someone else's land (without permission) and shoots some game that is trespass and theft, also there could be breaches of firearms law. It is no different from me going into your shed at night and taking your lawnmower.”

“I have never understood how the law backs the rich farmer or landowner, the deer population is at an all time high and defra's figures say there needs to be a massive cull of some 20.000 head the National farmers union agree with this. the wildlife act does nothing for conservation it only conserves Game for the upper classes. Venison is a super food, low in fat and high in fibre. its one law for the idle rich and the bankers who can afford to pay high prices for a shoot. the same with the hunting bill its only been a chap out with his dog that has been fined not the rich bankers and landowners out for a days 'sport' yes the law does a wonderful job of looking after the assets of the upper classes. me I,d eat the rich....”
