Child flasher trial jury in estate visit

David Kemp has admitted a towel wrapped around his waist fell to the floor while he was in his living-room with the light on and curtains open.
But the 49-year-old denies that he deliberately exposed himself to a group of eight girls and boys, some of whom were just six years old.
Today jurors in the case were taken by bus to the Bracebridge Heath estate, where the incident is alleged to have occurred last September.
They were accompanied by the judge in the trial, Judge Michael Heath, prosecution and defence barristers and members of court staff.
Kemp, an amateur musician, has claimed the towel slipped off as he tried to record a TV programme after emerging from the shower.
He told Lincoln Crown Court: "I deny that I was doing anything at all that was provocative or sexual. I wasn't aware of anybody outside."
The prosecution claims Kemp, a water company worker, deliberately dropped his towel and repeatedly exposed himself to the children.
Kemp, of Mareham Close, Bracebridge Heath, denies exposure as a result of the incident on September 23 2007. The trial continues.
