Crumbling city buildings could be lost forever
The list includes instantly recognisable and well-known names, such as the Constitutional Club, and little-known gems like Mill Road's Band Cottage.
Others include the dilapidated footbridge across the River Witham beside Brayford Wharf East and a cemetery chapel.
David Start, director of Heritage Trust Lincolnshire, said: "This shows good management by the city council but it must be remembered that it is one thing to list and another to manage that properly.
"There are some fabulous buildings in the city and, as a heritage trust, we will always fight to preserve them.
"I grieve the loss of structures such as the Electricity Board building in Brayford Wharf North, but I do understand that there needs to be a balance within any city.
"The history of a city is what makes it appealing."
The list compiled by the city council is separate to the one kept by English Heritage, which currently has one Lincoln listing – the Roman Eastgate.
Mr Start said: "People need to remember that it is not only buildings that can be listed.
"People who have lived in the city for decades will remember the Witham bridge and how important it was. It would be wonderful to see it restored."
