Glass-thrower gets electronic tag
Landlady Vanessa Lawrence escaped serious injury after Graham Depledge (25) hurled another customer's drink at the optics at the Morning Star in Greetwell Gate, Lincoln.
Lincoln Magistrates' Court heard Depledge acted in a moment of madness after having to wait to get served in the busy pub.
Paul Wood, prosecuting, said the pint glass shattered, scattering shards from the glass and pieces of glass from an optics mirror behind the bar.
Roofer Depledge, of Wolsey Way, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour.
He was ordered to stay in either his home in Wolsey Way, or his partner's house in Heighington between 7.30pm and 6am each night for six months.
He was also told to pay £400 compensation and £60 costs.
